Lineage ][ Imperium Rulles

To ensure that all our users enjoys their time here we, the administration, have drafted the following rules which all users must comply with. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in your character being jailed or your account being banned/suspended. By using any part our service you by default agree to comply with the rules detailed on this page.

(These rules rule are subject to change.)

Server Rules:

1) Be respectful:Always be respectful towards other players. Smack talk/trash talking is allowed but DO NOT make personal insults towards others. Abusing a player based on their ethnicity/race/language/sex etc is strictly prohibited at all times.

2) Begging and trading: Constantly annoying others by begging will not be tolerated. You can easily get everything you require yourself. Force trading other players is also not allowed.

3. Bug Exploiting: If you discover a bug please report it to a member of staff immediately. You are forbidden to use any bug to your advantage or tell other players about a bug. This also includes geodata errors, wall shooting, etc. We may reward players for reporting certain bugs.

4) Using third party software (Botting): The use of third party software is NOT allowed at ANY time for any reason. These programs give the user an unfair advantage over honest players through automation of game play by healing, buffing, killing mobs, etc.

5) Client Boxing: Boxing (the act of running more than one game client on the same pc or numeroase pc's at the same time - basically same IP) is permitted EXCEPT in events and the Olympiad.

So what this means is since we have to be so precise, if you have alt toons/characters do not box or load them in events or oly's! It doesn't matter if its the same PC or many PC's DON'T DO IT! It gives you an unfair advantage over those that play fair, instead of trying to cheat the system!

6) Character names and Titles: Character names and titles must be of a tasteful nature and NOT contain inappropriate language or words. Further more, player names and titles may NOT contain any word which may imply that they are a member of staff, or have a name similar to a member of staff or a former member of staff.

7) Scamming: You may NOT sell any of your in-game assets for real world currency. You are responsible for all items on your accounts. We cannot reimburse you if you loose items through trading or dropping them.

Grief/Bad Buffing: Grief buffing (the act of deliberately giving a player a buff they do not need/want) is not allowed ANYWHERE at ANYTIME for any reason.

9) Spawn Camping/killing: It is allowed. Players have 90 seconds of spawn protection within which time they can either stay or escape.

10) Killing Low Level Characters: High level characters are not permitted to enter a low level area and PK low level players (20 level difference or more). This also includes Raid Boss areas. However, if a low level character enters a high level area then high level characters are allowed to kill that character without being subject to punishment. IF CAUGHT YOU WILL BE DELEVELED AND YOUR SKILLS REMOVED.

11) The Grand Olympiad: When you enter the Olympiad you must actively fight to win in all your matches. Feeding points between characters is unfair on other Olympiads and is therefore forbidden. This rule also includes the act of tieing. Anyone caught breaking the rules regarding the Olympiad will have their noblesse status removed and risk being banned.

12) Use of Chat: The primary language of this server is ENGLISH. Therefore players are required to use English in all public chat channels. Players may use other languages in private chat channels such as Clan/Party/Whispers etc. Spamming any chat channel with inappropriate content (i.e. Advertisements for other servers etc) is prohibited.

13) Donators: Donating is NOT ALLOWED

14) Events: Rules regarding events will be set on an event by event basis. Please pay close attention to whichever GM is hosting the event. Boxing accounts during ANY event is forbidden.

15) Account Management: You are responsible for your account(s) and all actions done on your account(s). DO NOT give your ID or password to anyone else. You will be held responsible regardless of who was using your account at a particular time. Remember: Our staff members will NEVER ask for your account details.

15) Private Stores: Private stores must not block pathways or NPCs. Shops that do will be kicked from the game without warning.

16) Members of Staff: Our staff are there to ensure that these rules are upheld. All players are required to comply with GM instructions at all times, failure to do so will result in you being punished at the GM’s discretion. Flaming or insulting a staff member will not be tolerated. These people offer a free service to our users and will be respected at all times. Never force trade a GM or invite them into a party without their prior consent. Players must not do anything that hinders a member of staff from carrying out their duties.

17) GM status: Never PM a member of staff asking to become a GM. We have strict procedures when it comes to hiring new staff members. Please see the Staff page for more details.
